Range:
- Made with printed fabrics (the image is printed onto the fabric)
- Made with yarn dyed fabrics (the image is made up as a combination of different coloured yarns)
- Made with piece dyed fabrics (solid colours)
Patterns:
You can use patterns from our fashion collection, specifically selected to be used as gifts, or you can add messages or\and logos to our patterns. We also produce custom patterns.
Design and sizes follow the fashion trends (such as wide or thin ties)
Printed fabrics:
The printing process allows to reproduce large patterns without repetitions.
You can use fabrics of different pure qualities, mostly silk or polyester.
- Synthetic fibres:
- Polyester: allows to make a good product for a little price: usually it is appropriate for promotional activities.
- Natural fibres:
- Silk: is available in different qualities (and prices): the main characteristics are the shining colours and the softness of the finished products.
- Wool: appropriate for the winter season, gives very warm tones to the colours.
Jacquard fabrics (yarn dyed or piece dyed):
This process allows to reproduce patterns through the combination of coloured yarns and\or the combination of different yarns, from the simplest striped (regimental) to the most complicate repetitions of patterns and\or logos.
They can be produced in pure or mixed qualities with the combination of one or more yarns: silk-polyester, silk-wool, silk-cotton, silk-linen
Generally the yarn dyed fabric processing foresees a repeating of the patterns: special looms allow to place just one logo/motive onto the finished tie.
Piece dyed fabrics (solid colours):
The dyeing process is specific for pure qualities fabrics, both plain and jacquard: every pantone colour shade can be reproduced.
The fabrics dyeing of mixed fibres fabrics gives a particular look to the products.
